8: From boss culture to organizational culture.
9: From business partners to a community of shared destiny.
10: From sales of 100 million to 500 million.
The work priorities and plans for each department in 2021 were clarified, as well as the core work for 2021: talent introduction; team culture building; establishment of the e-commerce department; establishment of the RG factory; establishment of the daily personnel and administrative center.
After several years of reform and baptism, Guangzhou Yuxing Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. has gradually embarked on the path of mature development.
