Established in Xintang, Guangzhou in 2009, with an initial warehouse area of 200 square meters and 3 employees. Simultaneously, the first overseas company was established in Burkina Faso, West Africa; the company brand "Yuxing" was created.
In 2011, the company's business expanded rapidly, and a second overseas branch was established in Cameroon, West Africa.
In 2013, a domestic sales department was established in the Baiyun Motorcycle Parts Market in Guangzhou, and a domestic warehouse was established in Tangge, Baiyun District, Guangzhou.
By 2014, Yuxing had developed rapidly, achieving a significant breakthrough in sales that year, with a 3-fold increase; the number of employees expanded from 11 to 38; the warehouse area expanded from 300 square meters to 1900 square meters; in the same year, the "EVOCS" brand was created, quickly entering overseas markets such as Mali, Niger, Morocco, and Ghana, becoming very popular in several countries in West Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East, with products distributed throughout every city.
In 2016, with the continuous expansion and development of the company's business, the company headquarters relocated to Foshan, Guangdong. In 2015, 2016, and 2017, Yuxing Company entered a period of rapid development, with simultaneous breakthroughs domestically and internationally, with sales increasing exponentially year by year.
In 2017, a third overseas branch was established in Ghana, West Africa.
In 2018, a fourth overseas branch was established in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa. Yuxing Company also gave back to society; in the same year, border unrest occurred in Burkina Faso, and Yuxing Company donated 5 million West African CFA francs (approximately 70,000 RMB) to local disaster victims, receiving a meeting and recognition from the local government minister and being awarded the honorary title of "Charitable and Caring Enterprise".
In 2019, the "Maesk" brand was created. Yuxing Company continued to give back to society; in 2019, there was a famine in Burkina Faso, and Yuxing Company resolutely donated 5 tons of rice to local refugees, receiving the honorary title of "Public Welfare and Charity Enterprise" from the local government. In 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Burkina Faso was established, and Yuxing Company, as an outstanding and charitable enterprise in the area, was invited to attend the embassy's establishment ceremony. In March of the same year, the Ministry of Commerce of Burkina Faso held a national conference on the motorcycle parts industry, and General Manager Shang of Yuxing Company was invited to attend and speak as a representative.
In 2020, the number of Yuxing Company brands increased from three to five; and under the severe epidemic environment, sales exceeded 300 million; the number of employees reached 165; and the warehouse area expanded to 20,000 square meters. In the same year, the company focused on diversification and integrated industry and trade development, establishing a 50-mu factory in Africa.
