On September 17, 2020, the Fourth General Assembly and General Assembly of China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce was held in Chongqing.

A total of 128 companies from the third vice president unit, director unit and member unit of the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce attended the meeting. Liu Ke, Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce, Zhang Weiwei, Director of the Department of Taxation and Administration of the Ministry of Finance, and Jiang Zhongquan, Inspector of Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting was chaired by Liu Xin, director of the National Motorcycle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Tianjin).

At the first council meeting of the fourth session of the chamber of commerce held that afternoon, according to the articles of association of the chamber of commerce and election methods, the representatives of the governing units voted to elect Zuo Zongshen of Zongshen Industry Group Co., Ltd. as the fourth chairman of the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce; Zongshen, Dachangjiang, Lifan, Longxin and other 20 enterprises were elected as the fourth vice president units of China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce; Yu Shufang, Yang Bo, Liao Yachuan and other 20 business leaders were elected as the fourth vice president of China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce, and Li Bin was elected as executive vice president and Zhang Hongbo as secretary general.

Li Bin, executive vice president of the 4th council of China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce, made a report entitled "New chamber of Commerce, new situation, new opportunity, new development", introducing the organization setup and work focus of the new chamber of commerce. He said that the chamber of Commerce will set up five business departments and nine service platforms, including industry development Department, Member service Department, International cooperation Department, Comprehensive department and industry information Department, to give full play to the government, enterprise and social effects of the new chamber of Commerce. 

Li Bin also introduced the operation of my country's motorcycle industry this year.With the accelerated recovery of the motorcycle industry in the second half of the year, there are obvious signs of recovery in overseas markets, which will bring new opportunities for the development of the industry and chambers of commerce.

Zuo Zongshen of the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce summarized the conference and put forward requirements for the future development of the Chamber of Commerce. It is hoped that the new chamber of commerce can accelerate the integration of resources, establish an authoritative, professional, extensive and unique image of the national motorcycle industry association, and truly build a service industry association.
