Adjustment of drum front brake

1. First, the main bracket is supported, and the free travel of the front brake handle is measured as 10 ~ 20MM from the free position to the start of braking.

2. If it is not within the specified range, it should be adjusted. Adjust the front brake nut clockwise to reduce the free stroke; adjust the front brake nut counterclockwise to increase the free stroke.

3. Firmly hold the front brake handle several times, then loosen it to check whether the front brake works well (turn the front wheel to see if the front wheel rotates flexibly).

4. It can also be adjusted by the front brake fine-tuning nut.

NOTE: If the pointer on the front brake is aligned with the scale on the brake end cap, the brake shoes should be replaced.  

Every 4000KM, the shoe should be replaced.

Every 2000KM of driving, the clutch control line should be cleaned and lubricated.

Adjustment of the rear brake

1. Support the motorcycle with the main bracket

2. After the measurement, the stroke of the brake pedal from the original position to the start of the brake is 20~30MM.

3. If adjustment is required, the adjustment method is the same as that of the front brake.
